eSystems with new corporate design as part of Kontron AG
eSystems, one of the leading manufacturers of intelligent AC charging solutions for electric cars has launched a new brand identity today. eSystems has been part of the ‘Kontron family’ since the parent company Katek was acquired by the leading IoT company Kontron at the beginning of 2024. In future, the new corporate design and the rebranding of the website and social media presence will also make the affiliation to the Kontron Group visible to the outside world.
eSystems is now also visually part of Kontron AG with the revised brand identity. The new word mark also bears the lettering ‘A Company of Kontron’ and follows the colours of the parent company’s word mark. The website and social media presence will also bear the Kontron colours with immediate effect. ‘’In this way, we benefit from the high recognition value of Kontron AG as one of the world’s leading IoT companies,‘’ says Jochen Paukert, Managing Director at eSystems. However, the uniform design also reflects our shared vision of a networked and digital future.’
Kontron took over the listed company KATEK SE in January 2024,and thereby also acquired 100% of its subsidiary eSystems. Two major orders for smart charging systems from reputable car manufacturers have already gone into production since the takeover. Significant synergy effects are already evident in the production of smart wallboxes. The wallboxes are based on the proven ghostONE platform of eSystems and are prepared for the future of transport transition through complete networking. Jochen Paukert sums it all up: ‘’Our wallbox enables the secure integration of renewable energies into the grids, the use of your own PV power and the reduction of costs through dynamic tariffs.‘’
eSystems is part of the newly founded ‘GreenTec’ division at Kontron. This includes the areas of solar energy and eMobility and significantly strengthens the Kontron portfolio. The new visual identity concludes the strategic integration of eSystems into the Kontron Group. The adapted corporate design has already been introduced across all divisions.
